- Siapkan tepung bumbu yang di kentalkan dan tepung roti. Balurkan ayam fillet yg sudah di iris ke tepung bumbu kental, lalu balurkan ke tepung roti. Ulang 2 kali jika mau tebal. Lalu masukkan kulkas sekitar 1 jam. Setelah 1 jam, keluarkan dan siap untuk di goreng. Goreng dengan api kecil agar tdk gosong dan daging ayam matang.
- Potong wortel, kentang, dan brokoli. Lalu kukus sekitar 10menit (sesuaikan selera)..
- Untuk saus, campurkan semua saus dalam mangkok. Tes rasa. Takaran bisa disesuaikan sesuai selera..
- Tumis bawang putih cincang, lalu masukkan saus yang sudah di campur. Tambahkan garam dan gula sesuai selera.
