Masukkan ayam fillet yg sudah di marinasi ke dalam piring yg berisikan tepung terigu, jika sudah rata masukkan kedalam mangkuk berisikan telur, balik lg ke piring tepung terigu, lalu masukkan lagi ke mangkuk telur baru masukkan kedalam piring berisikan tepung roti.   5. Jika sudah ditepungi semua, masukkan ke dalam lemari pendingin tunggu 20-30 menit baru goreng sampai coklat keemasan. Angkat tiriskan lalu diiris, dan sajikan dengan salad, mayonaise beserta saus sambal..
