  3. Lalu goreng sampai matang/warna berubah agak keemasan.
  4. Sambil menunggu matang,oseng bawang merah+putih cincang sampai harum,lalu beri sedikit air dan masukkan saori,kecap manis,saos pedas,sedikit garam.Aduk hingga mendidih masukkan sedikit larutan tepung tapioka aduk sampai mengental.
  5. Jika daging sudah matang iris selagi panas,lalu siram saus di atas ayam,siap di sajikan.
