Although having read previous comments I used some of the ingredients from the 'lighter chicken katsu' recipe for the sauce. I fried off onions and garlic, added garam masala, garlic, turmeric and chili powder. Then a couple of tsp of korma paste, tom pur??e, chicken stock, soy sauce and honey. - Pipihkan dada ayam hingga tipis. Taburi sedikit garam dan lada bubuk. Tekan dada ayam agar bumbu meresap. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
- Baluri dada ayam dengan tepung terigu. Kemudian celup dada ayam ke dalam kocokan telor.
- Lalu baluri dengan tepung panir hingga rata. Simpan dalam frezer selama 10 menit. Supaya tepung panir tidak rontok ketika di goreng.
- Siapkan minyak panas. Goreng chicken katsu hingga kecoklatan.
- Angkat dan sajikan dengan nasi atau dengan saus mayonaise.
