- Siapkan of Dada ayam fillet segar, ambil yg potongannya panjang.
- Siapkan of Tepung bumbu serbaguna (kupakai Sajiku).

I even tossed in a homemade tonkatsu recipe as well as a nice spicy cabbage. Made this last night and was a great success! Although having read previous comments I used some of the ingredients from the 'lighter chicken katsu' recipe for the sauce. I fried off onions and garlic, added garam masala, garlic, turmeric and chili powder.

- Masukkan ayam yg sudah diiris tadi ke adonan basah, pastikan semua bagian terselimuti adonan. Lalu masukkan ayam ke tepung roti, goyang2 mangkuk & tekan2 dgn tepung roti sampai semua bagian terselimuti..
- Panaskan minyak sampai panas, pastikan minyak cukup banyak sampai merendam 2/3 tinggi ayam. Balik sekali saja, goreng hingga berwarna golden brown. Angkat & tiriskan..
- Untuk pelengkap.. iris halus kol putih & iris wortel seukuran korek api..
- Sajikan chicken katsu dengan irisan kol & wortel, tambahkan mayonaise & cabe bubuk.
