Katsu is served with Tonkatsu sauce or katsu sauce, which pairs perfectly well with the fried meat. Although having read previous comments I used some of the ingredients from the 'lighter chicken katsu' recipe for the sauce. I fried off onions and garlic, added garam masala, garlic, turmeric and chili powder. Then a couple of tsp of korma paste, tom purée, chicken stock, soy sauce and honey. - Gulingkan ayam sampai rata di tepung bumbu.
- Lalu balur ke telur.
- Balur ke tepung roti. Goreng dgn api kecil dan minyak panas.
