  1. Lumuri secara merata dada ayam dengan lada/merica bubuk dan garam serta kaldu bubuk secukupnya.
  2. Lumuri dada ayam tadi yg sudah dibumbui dengan tepung terigu (tanpa mencairkan tepung terigu).
  3. Kocok telur ayam dan berikan kaldu bubuk secukupnya kemudian lumuri dada ayam dengan telur yg sudah dikocok.
  4. Lumuri dada ayam dengan tepung roti secara merata hingga menutupi seluruh bagiannya.
  5. Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang.
  6. Jika minyak sudah panas, goreng dada ayam tadi hingga kuning keemasan.
  7. Untuk sausnya, iris bawang merah dan bawang putih dan cabai rawit kemudian tumis hingga harum.
  8. Masukkan 1 sachet saus tiram kemudian tambahkan 3 sdm kecap manis.
  9. Tambahkan lada/merica bubuk, kaldu bubuk dan garam secukupnya (hanya sebagai penyedap karena saus tiram sudah ada rasanya yaa).
  10. Tambahkan sedikit air dan aduk kembali tunggu hingga mendidih dan saus siap disajikan.
