Bahan dan Bumbu Chicken Katsu Mozarella

  1. Ini 1 bh of Dada Ayam (tanpa tulang).
  2. Kamu perlu Secukupnya of Mozarella (potong tipis).
  3. Siapkan Secukupnya of Garam, Lada, Gula, Penyedap.
  4. Siapkan Secukupnya of Tepung Bumbu.
  5. Siapkan Secukupnya of Tepung Roti.
  6. Kamu perlu of Pelengkap : French Fries/ Frozen Vegetables.

Chicken Katsu Mozarella langkah demi langkah

  1. Tipiskan dada ayam dengan cara dipukul" dengan menggunakan ulekan, kemudian baluri dada ayam depan belakang dengan garam, lada, gula dan penyedap, diamkan sekitar 10 menit agar bumbu meresap.
  2. Setelah 10 menit, letakkan mozarella di tengah dada ayam kemudian tutup dan lipat sehingga mozarella ada didalam dada ayam, bisa menggunakan tusuk sate agar tidak terbuka.
  3. Siapkan 3 wadah, isi dengan tepung kering, tepung basah (tepung diberi air secukupnya) dan tepung roti. Baluri ayam dengan tepung kering lalu celupkan ke tepung basah, masukan kedalam tepung roti dan ulangi sekali lagi (proses 2 kali agar tebal).
  4. Panaskan minyak hingga panas, kemudian masukkan dada ayam, goreng hingga kuning keemasan kemudian angkat dan tiriskan.
